We collect the information you share through enquiry forms, questionnaires, consultations and email correspondence — including name, contact details, business context and any material you choose to send.
Information is used only to respond to your enquiry, prepare and deliver strategic work, issue receipts and invoices, and communicate about the engagement.
Client information is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Access is limited to the practice team working directly on the engagement.
Information is retained for as long as needed to serve the engagement and to meet legal and accounting requirements. You may request removal of your personal data at any time.
