Clear terms for cancellations, rescheduling and refunds.
The following terms apply to the Strategy Consultation, strategic services and digital products offered by AMRAH.
The Strategy Consultation is a paid, non-refundable session. It may be rescheduled once if the request is made at least 24 hours before the confirmed time. If you choose to continue with any strategic service within 30 days, the full consultation fee is credited toward the project.
Strategic services are confirmed after a written agreement and payment of the agreed amount. Once work has started, payments are non-refundable. If the engagement is paused or ended for any reason, completed stages remain payable, and any unused amount is discussed on a case-by-case basis.
Digital products delivered instantly are non-refundable once access has been granted. If a technical issue prevents access, please contact us and we will resolve it or issue a replacement.
Consultation sessions may be rescheduled once at no cost when the request is received in reasonable time. Late requests are handled at the discretion of the practice.
